The psychology of work, technology, and life under pressure
I write about how work and the digital world are reshaping our attention, relationships, and sense of meaning — and how to regain agency without turning ourselves into yet another optimization project.
What I explore
For years, I have worked at the intersection of technology, the labor market, and psychology. I am interested in how AI, algorithms, and productivity culture affect the way we work, build relationships, and understand ourselves. I combine hands-on experience in the technology sector with psychological knowledge as I prepare for a future role as a psychotherapist.
Outside work, I read, cycle, and experiment with homemade kombucha.
Newsletter
Every two weeks, I publish a new essay about work, technology, and psychology — without self-help pressure or promises of instant optimization.
